Janet Bragdon Janet has resided in the Julian area for over five years while serving the board for two of those years as Secretary/Treasurer. She is retired from forensic law. |

Harry “Buddy” Seifert Buddy has served the board for over 15 years. He is retired from the fire service as Volunteer Battalion Chief with Julian Cuyamaca Fire. Buddy has served in all aspects of the board. He currently works for the Julian Community Service District. |
